I have been thinking about the ‘creation’ of the State of Israel (please cf. my post https://thedragonisslain.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=3048&action=edit [A Brief Exegesis of Isaiah 14 with 1948 as the Historical Baseline for Israel’s Future]) and how that act should be viewed in light of the argument that God still has a plan for His people within the framework of the new people, comprised of both Jews and Gentiles, He has called to live and reign with Him forever. In other words, the ‘church’ (please cf. my post https://thedragonisslain.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=670&action=edit [Theoretical Reconstruction of the Derivation of the Conceptual Word ‘Church’]) has not usurped Israel’s position as the ‘apple of His eye’ (please cf. my post https://thedragonisslain.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=2990&action=edit [The Miracle That Is Israel, The Apple of God’s Eye – Take #2]); rather, history will end in Israel with the consummation of all things — the destruction of this present world and eternal death for the reprobate and the creation of a new heaven and earth for the redeemed.

Within the context of this new, eternal beginning, it occurred to me that the territory that has been designated as the homeland of the Jews can be understood as the tangible symbol of God’s ‘kickstarting’/reintroducing the continuation of His plan as all of the elect understand it to be the precursor of “all things becoming new.” This is anathema to the purposes of Satan; thus, he has been waging an all-out war against Yeshua, Whom he attempted to overthrow in eternity past, but who himself was thrown down (please cf. my post https://the-dragon-is-slain.com/2024/12/03/the-roar-of-war-the-roar-of-death-and-the-roar-of-victory-the-eternal-sons-roar-was-heard-once-and-will-be-heard-once-more-are-you-ready/). Satan realizes that his doom is inevitable as Yeshua, as the Lion of Judah, returns to fulfill His eternal covenant with the Father.
